002 - When You Divorce a Person You Don’t Have To Divorce Their Whole Tribe!

Posted on May 29th, 2017

Each relationship is a thread that connects us, some stronger and some fainter but all forming fabric of life.

Val discusses the importance of community and friendship, whether you apply it to raising children, knowing your neighbors, or other areas of life. This is something that our ancestors thrived off of. We can learn some other valuable lessons from our ancestors, such as the paleo way of living, eating whole natural food, and moving rather than sitting for long periods.

In this episode, you'll also hear about why, during a divorce, it's not necessary for the entire family to divorce a person. Even though the marriage that may have introduced you is ending, there are many reasons for the family to remain in touch. Val explains this using a story from her own life.
